We have a nice collection of flower girl dresses to choose from, and we also can design and make custom dresses. According to tradition, the flower girl represents the bride as a child, and preceeds her down the aisle. As such, at Maggie Flood we recommend that the flower girl's dress be similar in color to the bride.

Christening Dresses

We also have an extensive collection of antique and new christening dresses. In addition to new dresses handmade in the United States using new and antique fabric and lace, we also have lovely dresses from Belgium, England, and Ireland. Matching bonnets from new or antique fabric are included with most dresses and can also be purchased separately.

Let our talented designer create a christening dress for you from your wedding dress. It will become a treasured family heirloom for many generations to enjoy. The design of your wedding dress dictates the finished look of the christening dress. Dresses are made with short sleeves, gathering waists and long skirts (36-40 inches). You may request tailored, feminine or neutral. Each dress comes with 2 bonnets-1 tailored with a visor for a boy and 1 with a ruffled brim for a girl. Please call our shop for more information.
